Steve has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, the past 15 years specifically with aquatic design/build projects. His experience includes sales, programming, design, total project coordination, budgeting, estimating, engineering, vendor and subcontractor negotiations. Steve’s current responsibilities include managing the Pre-Construction services, estimating, and early project coordination for Neuman Group. His relationships with specialty aquatic suppliers allow the company to offer a level of quality and service unparalleled in the industry.
