Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark
Neuman Group partnered with the Zehnder's ownership team to create a second distinct waterpark on the Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel property. Atrium Park features a retractable OpenAire roof and is packed with thrilling water rides, a zero-entry activity pool, action river and various family aquatic activities. The 12-foot-by-12-foot private poolside cabanas are designed to accommodate up to 10 guests each, with various poolside amenities like a personal refrigerator, phone, safe and more.
The original waterpark, now called Splash Park, is just a short walk away through Splash Village. This 20,000-square-foot waterpark opened in 2005 (designed and built by Neuman Group) and features a lazy river, whirlpool spa, 400-gallon dumping bucket, water geysers, sprays and a four-story tube slide.
