Blake got an early start in the aquatic industry by spending his summers performing water tests and selling products at the Neuman Pools retail store before he was old enough to drive. From there, he engaged in project management work for commercial projects. Capitalizing on his knowledge of the industry, Blake landed a construction management internship in college which furthered his knowledge in project management. After receiving his degree in Civil Engineering, Blake joined the Neuman Group Design-Build team in 2018 as a Construction Project Manager. He leverages his experience in Estimating, Scheduling, Proposal Development, and Commercial Project Management to successfully manage the pre-construction and construction of national and international projects. In addition, Blake shares his passion for the industry by attending trade shows and career fairs, and by giving presentations at local colleges to recruit new talent into the industry. Blake's rich history and extensive knowledge in the aquatic construction market make him a valuable asset to the team.
