The CoCo Key Water Resorts located throughout the United States offer a unique family entertainment experience. Neuman Group was hired repeatedly to design and build the indoor resort waterparks that combine the enchantment of the tropical islands with family entertainment.

The CoCo Key Water Resort at Crowne Plaza Cincinnati North is an adventure playground for everyone in the family. The indoor waterpark features the Gator’s Gush, Barracuda Blast, Shark Slam and Pelican Plunge, which are four 40-foot thrilling body and raft water slides; the Parrots Perch, a multi-level interactive play island for younger children; Coconut Grove Adventure River, a rapid tube ride around Parrot’s Perch; Dip-in Theatre, a unique zero-depth entry area with slides and tipping buckets that's perfect for toddlers; Palm Grotto Indoor/Outdoor Spa, a giant whirlpool that includes a swim-thru passage to access the outdoor whirlpool; and Coral Reef Cavern, an activity pool with water basketball and a lily-pad adventure.
